Purpose: to review your request and, if approved, send you an invite to create an account. Processor: we use Resend to deliver the request-received and invite emails. Lawful basis: your consent, given by checking the consent box on the form. Retention:we delete your access-request record either when you ask us to, or automatically if you haven't been invited within 12 months of submitting it. If you're invited and create an account, your request record is linked to your account and retained under the account-data rules elsewhere in this policy.
